Everest base camp trek

Everest base camp trek is thepopular trek that takes only 14 days with arrival and departure. Everest base camp Luxury trek

Everest base camp Luxury trek is the more luxury trek to Everest base camp. It takes 17-days along with Kathmandu sightseeing, Luxury accommodation other than classic EBC trek. The Luxury EBC trekking route is same as that of classic EBC trekking, but the accommodation site is different.

Everest three passes trek

Everest three passes trek is moderately difficult trek to the high passes of Everest region. These passes are Renjo La pass, Cho La pass and Kongma La pass. The trek starts from Lukla and continues to Phakding, Namche bazaar, Thame. Marlung, Lungdeng, Renjo la, Gokyo lake, Gokyo Ri, Thaknak, Cho La Pass, Dzongla, Gorekshep and reaches Everest base camp. After reaching Everest base camp, the trekking continues to Lobuche and Kongma La pass. Trekkers will return Lukla following the route to Chhhukung, Tyangboche, Monjo and reaches Lukla.

It is 18 days trek that let you to enjoy the amazing trekking to Gokyo lake, Cho La pass and Everest base camp in a single trek.

Everest base camp helicopter tour

Everest base camp helicopter tour is a day tour that occurs in helicopter flight. Only Five trekkers can take a flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. There will be break in Lukla, there will  for half hour to refuel the helicopter. Then we will have flight to Kalapather and returns to Everest view hotel. We will have breakfast in Syangboche then retun Lukla and then to Kathmandu.

How to prepare for Trekking in Everest region

Walking : Walking for 2,3 hours a day before two months of trekking is best way of preparation of trek. Walking 2,3 hours a day makes you habitual for trekking long durations on mountains.

Running: Fastest walking is called running. We should run for one hour a day before two months of trekking. Running makes your muscles stronger and increases your stamina. If you don’t have enough time for walking 2–3 hours, then running is best for preparing the trek.

Cycling: You can go cycling along with walking and running. Cycling helps to make your muscles stronger and prevents you from twisting muscles during the trek. You can do cycling for one hour or more, depending on your time.

Physical exercise: Trekkers should do physical exercise such as sit ups, push up, squat, yoga and other exercises to make you body stronger. Exercise helps to increase your strength and keeps you healthy.

Hygienic food

We should always choose hygienic food to remain healthy and prevent sickness before starting the trek.

Stepping to Everest base camp is possible both from trekking and using a helicopter. Unless you walk properly on mountains never choose Everest basecamp for trekking.  Proper preparation is required to trek Everest base camp.
